Amendments to Partner visa application charges
From 1 January 2015, the Migration Regulations 1994 are amended to increase certain visa application
charges by 50 per cent for subclasses 100 (Partner (Permanent)), 300 (Prospective Marriage (Temporary))
and 801 (Partner (Permanent))
Maximum period of stay for Temporary Work visa extended
From 23 November 2014, the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’) are amended </br>
to extend the entry period and maximum period of stay to six months for Subclass 400 </br>
Temporary Work (Short Stay Activity) visa (Subclass 400) visa holders.
